Quality Assurance

By accepting ATI’s PO and RO you agree to follow the T&Cs listed on our website​

  • Aerospace Technologies International, Inc., (ATI) tracks external provider (supplier) performance based upon quality, delivery, and provision of required certificates/test reports, as applicable, and maintains supplier data accordingly.

  • If external providers fail to meet ATI's requirements for quality, delivery, and terms and conditions (including those stated herein), ATI personnel will resolve such issues using means appropriate to the nature and severity of problems encountered. Resolution may involve correction, corrective action, or disqualification of external providers from future use. To become and remain an external provider to ATI, please read, and accept the following ATI external provider requirements, applicable until further notice:

  • a) External providers must implement a quality management system if ATI deems necessary.

  • b) External providers must use customer-designated or approved external providers, including process sources (e.g., special processes);

  • c) External providers are required to notify ATI of nonconforming processes, products, or services, and obtain approval for their disposition.

  • d) External providers must prevent the use of suspected unapproved, unapproved, and counterfeit parts.

  • e) External providers are required to notify ATI of changes to processes, products, or services, including changes of their external providers, or location of manufacture.

  • f) External providers are required to flow down to external providers applicable requirements including ATI's customer requirements.

  • g) External providers are required to provide a certificate of conformity, test reports, or authorized release certificate, as applicable h) External providers are required to maintain documented information (records) for a minimum retention period 5 years. Once the retention period has passed, hard copy records must be commercially shredded and electronic records must be deleted from active systems and electronic back-up storage.

  • i) External providers are required to provide right of access by ATI's management, ATI's customers, and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of facilities, and to all applicable documented information, at any level of the supply chain. j) External providers are to ensure that persons are aware of: a. their contribution to product or service conformity; b. their contribution to product safety; c. the importance of ethical behavior. The above terms and requirements pertain to each ATI Purchase Order or purchasing contract; acknowledgement and acceptance of the above terms and requirements will be evidenced by the external providers' acceptance of ATI's Purchase Order or purchasing contract.
